I think Ibaka will have trouble against Bosh since Bosh is more of a mid-range jump shooter than a post-up player.
The next thing that jumped out was how bad the stats say Serge Ibaka is as a post defender. Serge allows 0.87 PPP which ranks him 171st in the league. Those aren’t exactly the numbers you’d expect from the NBA’s best defensive power forward. Ibaka’s strengths are shot blocking, rebounding, and mobility, but when matched up in the post, he hasn’t been that effective.
