Also, I think we should also start to add more sports to the list. Women's tennis, archery, perhaps some more team sports (waterpolo, handball, basketball) and more trials in swimming?

Yes, but in this timeline, (to the extent I know) women do not have the freedom they did in OTL 1922. Only 1 or 2 nations that I know of have openly accepted women in places generally reserved for men.
