It is if you read Dan Brown's Digital Fortress!

Don't remind me of that horrible book. :vomit:

I wouldn't suggest reading it if you're even remotely Spanish. :)

Let me guess... Dan Brown used the average mexican stereotype, right?

I wouldn't know what that was, but no, quite apart from a variety of factual errors, he described one (modern) Spanish hospital as resembling something out of a Victorian horror film.

Brown has clearly never been to Spain. Which is quite embarrassing for an author who prides himself on telling True Stories.

That guy is an idiot. The research he does for his books probably consists of randomly picking a few googled articles, reading three incomplete sentences out of each and pulling the rest out of his nether regions. I hope he never wrote anything that is set in our corner of the world.

Good idea. I'm gonna send him a mail in which I'll give him all the details of Jozin z bazin's incredible story. This is gonna be the best bestseller ever!

Picking small enough administrative divisions I'm sure you can get a "3rd world" image from any country. :p

Just do the American one, like half of Europe's in it so you won't have to make a million maps.
