It's one I presume he built himself in the PC game Cities:Skylines.

What is the population?

I used a mod called CSL Map View to generate the map: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=845665815

The population is around 218,000 IIRC

I wish the mod generated my pink subway line right so the map was complete

I also suppressed displaying the landscape so it was easier to see the transit lines. So you can't see the coastlines, elevations, etc. The main city is on a large island/peninsula (I think it's technically a peninsula), my industrial part of town is on an island, etc.
