Also I think this is likely going to happen ( whether Debs wins or doesn't ) : There will be a split in the Democratic party with people disappointed in Bryan unable to gather support on his populist policies and go towards Debs. The split will take one wing which would break with the populist politics of Bryan and veer more towards a conservative imperialist line. For debs, I would like him to be put to some pressure by party cadre to take an aggressive anti-war and anti-imperialist line.
After some thinking, I don't think any arguments for or against candidates are needed. If you want to make it, make it in your vote. People can change their vote at any time. This is an IAAR, not a Real Politik. Nevertheless, this is the largest voting turnout so far! (17 voters!) Thank you all and please continue to follow the thread!
