While it seems like most of CivFanatics is going on as usual, some forums are increasing posting in a rather interesting way. But on the bright side:

Work is already underway to merge the sites' two forums. After the merge, the combined forum will have nearly 10 million posts, making it the 77th biggest forum on the web.

We won't need to merge with Apolyton to get up higher on the listing with all of the spam *cough* I mean great quality posting that is going on right now.

After reading through both poly's and CFC merging threads.. I have to say poly must be really bad. Everyone over there seems to be generally enthusiastic about the merger.. despite the fact that it's fairly obvious that CFC as a whole hates the idea.
