Yes, I think they filmed part of it in Spain. If it is located in Spain, I expect the very much not typical bailaoras and matadors.

It's got to be better than Deception Point's description of the Spanish health service, right?

Finally, some quality journalism from Daily Mail. Once one of their headlines contain the words "EVIL CLOWNS" in full caps, it means they've thoroughly researched their topic.

From Random Rants

These in Terx's newest thread:

It will certainly tricker your disbelieve. Hard to dispute that. Checkmate, liberals.
I agree with Terxpahseyton, liberalism will tricker your disbelieve. I tried liberalism once, and my disbelieve was never more trickered.

That happened to me a lot when I drank Jägermeister.

Huckabee's name is ripe for good puns. I am deeply saddened my favorite would be hit by the auto-censor so I will promote JR's instead.

Hehehe.

That sounds like a good recipe for an extremely unpleasant bout of swelling and/or allergic reaction.

A general truth about Americans:
TIL:
"Non-racists" are like the people who don't want their kids to read Anne Frank's diary in school because it's "pornographic".

I could never bear myself to read it. Worst book ever, -10/10 would burn in a nazi bonfire.

I love the story that a Anne Frank play once was performed so badly, the audience was shouting: she's in the attic! when the Nazis came knocking

That is indeed a hilarious anecdote.

there's a widespread assumption that you can opt out of it simply by declaring non-belief in God, but it doesn't really work that way. Protestants carry their ethnoreligious baggage like everybody else.

Only too true.

And, presumably, children of "atheists" who "discover" spirituality can't shake off their ethno-atheistic-religious baggage either.

We're all doomed, it seems.

What's that? To the seventh generation, you say?

I'm not ready to post Terx's amazing color coded rant against liberalism. In the meantime, another color coded masterpiece.

ALL ABOARD THE ROYALS HYPE TRAIN

(but seriously, I think it's awesome that you guys have been doing what you've been doing and I've been rooting for the Royals since the postseason began!)

Okay, I'm not the one to nitpick, but if the Royals win, would Kansas City be so nice to become part of the state Kansas?

... I'm gonna punch a wall.

It seems it's my lucky week in CFC. Although, I had no idea what was going on, but I made the connection Kansas City-Royals-Kansas State and the fact Kansas City ain't part of Kansas.

Could someone give me a quick briefing?

Quick briefing! Man, maybe I should squeeze this into my sig somehow...
Why is Kansas City in Missouri, and not in the state of Kansas again? I don't think I ever noticed that before.

Did they have a bad breakup?
Nope. Both names ultimately draw upon the Kansa Indian (or aboriginal American if you prefer) tribe. The Kansas River is named after them and it runs through Kansas City, KS until it hits the Missouri (another Indian name) River just before the Missouri River turns east and begins flowing towards St. Louis (named after some French King.) There is a city called "Kansas City" on both sides of the State Line. The city in Missouri actually incorporated earlier than the city in Kansas by a few years, but there were several settlements in the area for several decades before that.

I'm most definitely confused. Both by the colour-coded rant, and your endorsement of it. It's like you're privy to some secret code just between the two of you.

Well... maybe more than two. But certainly some group of one, or more, people with a code book that I don't have access to.

I might even feel miffed by this. But it's such a familiar experience to me that I'm not.

There's only one color in this one. You should have also included VRWC's post before that one raving about the Royals' ALCS victory.
