or just a limit on immigration

There are ways of doing that without instigating race anxiety among the scurred little white folks.

If Republicans have turned on the immigration policy and want to limit immigration numbers they can do so by bringing up legislation and passing it without the "thieves, rapists, and murderers" talk.

I don't think they can, though, because if you don't take that kind of talk seriously there is no real reason to limit immigration.

They dont want thieves, rapists and murderers coming in and hanging around. Do you disagree with them?

You know, I don't think he's beating his wife either.

glad to hear that, I guess he'll be devising a plan to stop them from getting into the country and hanging around

Trumps business and Nunes dairy farm are filled with them
I suggest punishing those that hire illegals ?
Problem SOLVED

Pompeo is already tainted by Trump

Mike Pompeo planning to resign because Trump ‘hurting his reputation’, report claims
Donald Trump’s secretary of state has reportedly told three prominent Republicans that he is planning to resign from the White House to run for a Senate seat.
Mike Pompeo had planned to stay at the State Department until early spring 2020 but he is now concerned that his connection to Mr Trump, particularly through the impeachment inquiry, is hurting his reputation, according to a Time report.

The ones that want "professionals" instead of family units are stupid pricks. The ones that don't want borders at all are stupid and may also be pricks.

There are already many more thieves, rapists and murderers living among them than would show up among new immigrants. If such people were a real problem, why haven't they rid themselves of those already embedded in their community?

This is just disgusting racism.

The ones that don't want borders at all are stupid and may also be pricks.

Whereas those who want border and immigration enforcement, inevitably creating a class of people with no legal protections who are coincidentally all of a certain race, are fascist swine.

RNC spent nearly $100,000 on Donald Trump Jr.'s book just before it topped the NYT bestseller list

President Trump congratulated his eldest child last week for hitting the top of The New York Times' bestseller list with his book Triggered. But as was pointed out at the time, Donald Trump Jr.'s rise to the top of the list was in part due to an unknown number of bulk sale purchases — leading some people to believe he bought his way into the ranks.
As Times reporter Nick Confessore noted Thursday, Trump Jr.'s book did in fact get a pretty hefty sales boost — from the Republican National Committee. A Federal Election Commission disclosure reportedly shows the RNC made an expenditure to Books-a-Million totaling $94,800 one week before Triggered was released. The disbursement, which was identified as being for "donor mementos," was reportedly connected to the promotion of Trump Jr.'s book.

Using his own party's funds to buy copies of his book to pretend that it is worth reading? Totally unlike subtropical dictators then.

US is already a very violent society without factoring the (illegal) immigration.
To be honest, when you reach a population in the hundreds of millions, in a land which has the size of half a continent, you are inherently unstable and prone to break up to smaller states. And given the ever rising polarization, it seems this is what will happen in the near future, unless other events take place (ala Britain keeping Ireland for a few more years cause ww1 broke out).
Another difference of the US to other similarly sized (and populated) countries is that its population and economy isn't just in one continuous blob on one edge of it (as in Russia and Brazil). So multiple states are more viable in that sense.

./Looks over at China

This is always a dumb take. First we are 50 different states already. Second our violence isn't very political. Finally other than some extremely stupid right wingers no one is making honest noises about breaking up the US.

You know if you put Don Jr. in a bad military outfit and some sun glasses he could almost pull off the tropico look. Except of course that weak chin. Just too punchable that face.

He's the kind of leader that would fall to friendly fire. ;)
