CQUI - A UI Overhaul (Now out on Steam Workshop!)

I feel like an idiot, but I downloaded this to play around with it and was playing the Australian Outback Scenario and for the life of me, I can't not figure out HOW TO BUILD ANYTHING. At first I thought maybe the scenario didn't have a build queue but that seems silly.

Where is the production queue? Or am I experiencing some weird glitch? I click choose production and it just brings up the summary of my city like growth etc on the left side of the screen. Looked everywhere don't see how to choose production.

Mod doesn't work with scenarios. Not sure why, but it has been like that since release.

Why does this seem blurry when a tile is worked? It does not seem blurry when not using this mod.

Does it have to do with my resolution? It says 2560x1440 (144 hz) and UI upscaling 100% and full screen.

Edit: Removed only this mod and tried again and it is working good now. Put the mod back on and all worked tiles are blurry (the white circle thingy)

It is a feature in this mod. Check the CQUI-settings, ingame, and first post in this thread.

Hi

I'm using the newest nightly and am experiencing that all tile yields are removed upon getting beaten to a wonder (for that specific tile). I can't assign citizens to it and furthermore can't build anything else here.

Does anyone know if this is vanilla behavior or a CQUI related bug (hesitant to remove mod in the middle of a game)?

Is there a mod that shrinks the distance between tech rectangles in the tech tree, can someone link it to me or say the name of it?

Also is there a way to prevent the game from hiding previous autosaves when a new game is started?

Maybe there is a bug in this mod. The UI of the list for the selectable tech and civic is deleted and this makes the future civic and tech can't be researched for the next time. The problem is that if the research is not going on, I can't go to the next turn.
Is it better to show the repeatable teches and civics in the same way with the available ones in the current tech & civic tree UI?

What game version do you play? Do you have any other mods enabled? After you got beaten to a wonder that tile becomes active to assign citizens both in vanilla and CQUI.

There are some great things about CQUI (the leader scores being so visible for example) and some some not so great (the mini map that is far from mini!), I would love to see CQUI being totally modular so each part could be switched on or off. This would allow it to be used for competitive games like HOF and 6OTM as well.

right above the minimap you can see a tabacco icon - click on it and you will see a lot of CQUI settings including size of minimap ;)

Note that you can always advance to the next turn by right clicking instead of left clicking on the globe. This will let you skip all the queued up stuff and end your turn without making decisions. Took me a while to learn this.

I've been in that screen before but couldn't see anything to affect the size of the mini-map, will have another look.

That's weird cause it doesn't for me (seen it in two games but only in the latter did I realize that it was connected to hearing brethren to a wonder).

I'm using the latest patch (but not all dlc) but also a long list of mods so maybe it's a conflict (even though I can't imagine what would cause this).

Thanks for the reply - at least now I know it's a bug.

The latest version is "the nightly" on github link from the first thread.

what do you mean? what borders do you want to see? CQUI shows the same borders as vanilla does.
