If there was an easy was I would've already done it. The main problem is that VD doesn't support all of the civilizations in here.

The flip doesn't care whether the city is your capital. Playing as Phoenicia the Byzantium spawn tried to flip Sur, which was my capital.

Spawn yes, respawn would be new to me.

A respawn, yes. It was late in the 1600s, I think, so I think they just randomly respawned thanks to Nationalism.

Can anyone point me to someone who does SDK modding because I want to help a fellow countryman with translating as he needs help with the SDK but cannot explain it in English.

Not sure if it should be put here but it seems a good a place as any.
