Not correct as far as I know - the Khmer were almost contemporary with the Srivijaya, emerging in the early 9th Century. While Srivijaya emerged a couple of centuries earlier, I think the Khmer predate Srivijaya presence in Indochina.
As for Indonesian wonders, Gunung Bromo is a good candidate - or Toba, by the same logic that gave us Krakatoa last time.
Jayavarman II founded the Khmer Empire in 802 by declaring independence from the control of the Sailendra dynasty of Java which was ruling the Srivijaya Empire at the time.
Before that time, the people of Cambodia existed in a series of minor kingdoms, some of which were either under direct control or were vassal states of the Srivijaya.
Gardens by the Bay is indeed a stunning complex that would look great in-game and help fill the absence of more modern wonders. I'd really love to see it featured in an expansion dedicated to expanding the late-game.
However for this DLC, the Angkor Wat and Borobudur are my top priorities. Still amazed both were missing from the base game.

Kremlin is incoming. There were some posts re: Civ: New Dawn (the board game) that had The Kremin & Pentagon. So they're likely to give some espionage perks, if I were to hazard a guess
But I doubt it will be part of DLC06. Maybe Civ GH whatever that is...
I want these wonders, too. However, I have a two problems with all previous incarnations of Kremlin. First, it's always shown as a wonder representing Communism. It was a fortress built mostly during medieval times, not a communist building built during the modern era.
Second, Kremlin =/= Saint Basil's Cathedral. These are two different buildings, and yet Kremlin was always depicted as St. Basil's Cathedral. Also, combining the two problems - Communists tried to remove the St. Basil's Cathedral. It makes literally no sense to build a cathedral in the name of regime that tried to destroy it. And to give it a name of a different building.

i bet Kremlin is wonder only buildable on Tundra or Snow thus grant bonus food, production and faith on those tiles just like Petra do for desert. Thus Russia become king of winter.

Candi Borobudur and Angkor Wat maybe focus on religion.
So, I am very behind but here is what I'm getting from the info of the past month or so:
Expecting release to be on Oct 19 (4 days from now, a Thursday).
Civ is most likely Indonesia with 1 leader and a new leader for an existing civ. (I personally want another African or New World Leader but we shall see.)
Maybe when it's completed it will be in the game. Maybe it will be Civilization MMXXXVII at this rate, and will cost more production then everything else in the game combined.

Two Civilizations in the form of Indonesia and the Khmer with Queen Gitartra and Jayavanna VII as their leaders respectively (spellings are incorrect). Khmer seems to be religion focused and Indonesia naval focused.

Unused sound files from the game heavily imply that we will be getting a double civilization (and presumably scenario) pack containing as follows:
Indonesia, led by Gitarja. They seem to have a naval focus.
Khmer, led by Jayavarman VII. They seem to have an Elephant UU.
This corroborates the long-assumed leak involving Indonesia, and indeed, the Khmer work well as a secondary civilization to go along with them in a scenario. Furthermore, the contents of the fall patch establish that we will be getting updates to naval combat and religion. It is reasonable to assume that as the former is tied to Indonesia, the latter may also be tied to one of these civilizations or the scenario -- most probably the Khmer. (It is worth mentioning that these obviously do not entail the full contents of the patch, and they will assuredly be replacing many of the old bugs with new ones for our amusement.)
We do not know when the update will release. The most likely timeframe would be an anniversary update, which would be next week; things seem to be pointing in that direction. Typically things happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so the most likely release date is indeed the 19th. Sooner is unlikely; later is possible but I imagine they would want to avoid it if it were within their ability to do so.
Naturally, the status of any DLC beyond this -- should there be any -- is a complete mystery.
Having been lucky enough to go to the Sagrada Familia, I'm not sure if the Game Devs would be able to do it justice. Part of the charm comes from the very intricate details, something that would be hard to replicate.

Just found this image posted on a Chinese forum, titled "New city states in upcoming update", and thought might as well share it here. The poster didn't cite any source, so it might be a hoax.
What makes me want to believe this is legit is that there are 2 commercial CS's in this list, and Malacca could be just a replacement for Jakarta, which is an Indonesian city. Some others in the Chinese forum pointed out that Wenzhou, a Chinese city known for being a commercial hub, appears in the list as a religious CS. Also Belgrade is not coastal, so it's strange that have a ship as their icon.
