I used to have a goatee since I was 16, then at 19 I had a neat and trimmed beard (shaved the neck), then my new fachist boss made me shave it. So I was going on with a James Bond shave for about 6 months, then a month ago I grew a goatee just to spite him. But my GF protested

I have a killer goatee which is a mix of orange-ish/black hair.

And I have a decent, dark beard which still needs to fill out a bit more. I also have some good side burns.

I'm starting to get hair on my neck as well.

Consider yourself lucky. Shaving is a PITA. If I had the money, I'd get electrolysis for the whole beard/mustache area.

That said, I have a goatee.

I had an on-again/off-again goatee in college, 'cause the chin and nose are about 80% of the work when shaving.

But my nice trim beard is even easier. And it makes my heritage completely indeterminable.

Nah, I hate it too.

I use to have a moustache, my wife liked it. I kept it for about a year, and then shaved it off.

I don't grow facial hair very quickly. 24 hours later it's less than a 5 o'clock shadow. So I get by shaving every two or three days.
