I voted that I like the US, but I really wouldn't want to migrate there. The health care is certainly part of it. The lack of real history is another (I like old things...). The lack of diversity of culture, another. And the extent of the self-centredness as a nation. And most of all, the attitude towards religion - not an easy place to feel comfortable in as an atheist.
But, then again, there's baseball. The food (well, in some areas). The service culture. But the principal thing on the plus side is the openness and friendliness of the people (for the most part).
The pluses outweigh the minuses, for sure. But I'll just visit occasionally - I'm sure we're all happier with that arrangement![]()

Clearly you don't share my view of your country. Fair enough. Is there any part in particular that you felt was a mistaken perception on my part ?
