The nicest is the Lion King.

Jungle Book. By a mile.

Reason 1: All those lovable, memorable and funny characters. Such as Baloo the Bear, Colonel Hathi, the three vultures, King Louis (the King of the Swingers) and even Ka the snake.

Reason 2: Awesome soundtrack. "Look for the...Bare Necessities", "I Wanna Be Like You" and "Trust in Me".

Honourable mentions for Fantasia and Pinocchio.

The second best was The Great Mouse Detective. That wasn't on the list either.

Jungle Book, it had the best music.

Other: The Hunchback of Notre Dame, the forgotten Disney movie. It was criticized for being "too mature", which is perhaps why I still enjoy it the most.

I agree, The Hunchback of Notre Dame was one of the best (a close second for me), but it was definately more mature than the others.
