Asking for examples isn't the same as saying you're speaking in vagaries when you describe someone's post as untrue to the "situation". The key is in the how, in the why. But please, remain how you are.

The price of food keeps increasing. Here it is even more pronounced as we live in an area that heretofore has been particularly affordable. But that has been lost in the inflation as everyone producing food is using the general inflation as an excuse to chase higher profits. This, more than anything else, imo, will determine the results of the election. People will remember what they paid for a hamburger when they cast their ballots.

Slaughterhouses and processors are almost impossible to insure. It's a systemic illness to the pipeline itself.

edit: But the quality of food in restaurants seems really spotty now. Even a place like Ruth's Chris where I had gone nearly a decade without a complaint has let us down with nearly inedible food. One thing I won't do is send food back. Not a lot of fun to take a hundred dollar steak home to your dogs and eat peanut butter and jam. It appears that nobody can get good help these days, going shopping is like a freak show. Grumble, grumble.
