GodNES - The Beast with a Thousand Backs

I'm considering updating Monday. Is that fine by everyone, particularly the lurkers?

Si compadre.

I wouldn't mind either

@Angst, are you still accepting submissions? At first glance there seem to be rather a lot of players.

Deity name: Sejesse, the Laughing God
Embodiment: Charisma, Daring, Mischief
Player: Daftpanzer
Description: Sejesse's courage and daring comes from a keen awareness of the divine drama and comedy of existence; nothing lasts forever, all is in motion; there is but the dance of life. Sejesse reminds you not to get stuck in mundane details and not to miss out on the fun of the dance. Sejesse lives for the moment, takes nothing for granted and holds nothing back. Sejesse embodies the divine comedy - that lingering, subconscious knowingness that all we see is but a stage in a cosmic game. So be bold, be daring, take all in good humour, and be remembered for your deeds...

Sejesse most often takes the form of a pack of large, somewhat amorphous, Hyena-like humanoids prancing and howling in the twilight. But for direct conversations, it may manifest as a singular, beautiful beast-woman with glowing golden eyes, a mischievous smile, a restless long bushy tail, and a set of long claws on her hands, with which to dig deep into the substance of life.

First turn realm: raise a colossal obsidian pillar from the igneous depths of Afaja's smouldering husk: Sejesse's Perch, from where we/it/she observe the world stage unfold.

The many faces of Sejesse:

Sejesse licks Thwapp inappropriately with its/her enormous wet tongue

Deity name: Evyera
Embodiment: The Moon, but also the patron of travelers, wanderers, and any who are lost.
Player: North King
Description: When the Sun flared into existence, the Moon did not follow suit. For the Sun was a thing of creation, as eternal and essential as life itself. Evyera was a happenstance, a shadow of the sun, created by a fluke of cosmology, a decimal misplaced, perhaps. But so created, she looked upon the world with curious eyes, and she saw that it was a fearful place. She frowned. This, she sang, could not stand, and she carefully reflected the light of the sun when it vanished, to give some small purchase to a weary wanderer in the dark of the night, to allow them to see when hope seemed lost. And sometimes, too, she would manifest to lesser beings, to do little else but guide them home, for hers was a simple role -- to undo the dark of the night.
First turn realm: A range of high, cold mountains, removed from the realms of the other gods.

No longer is Tsamnir Tsamnir. Now, I am Tsamnir. And Tsamnir is I.

Norgat scoffs at those lowly gods beneath her; their antics completely pointless and irrelevant

I believe that the goddess of the skies spelled her name incorrectly.

Deity name: Nargot
Embodiment: Goddess of the Skies

If so, that would be troublesome indeed.

@Daft

I approve immensely of the usage of Ran Yakumo as an embodiment of Sejesse. :D
