Is it connected to women's rights?

A nice challenge :)

What I understand and guess now that it has to do with the quality of law related to women.

is that correct as direction ?

And that quality of law... is that the quality as written ?
or is it the quality as practically applied with a gap to as written ?

Reproductive rights?

Alimony!!!

This is close enough.

The official title of the map is "Adequacy of Penalties and Protections Under Domestic Violence Law" (2020 edition)

Winner! :)

Huh. I didn't give it much hope, since a lot of areas looked odd to me, but logical process of focusing on the two outliers that screamed at me-Tunisia and Russia-proved to be effective.

Alright, give me a while to skim through this thread to see what was posted before...

Okay. It's not prohibited by rules, so I'll give you something that will most likely be easy, but hopefully start a new trend here. If you decide that it's out of boundaries here, it'll be open floor.

Is this still a map of Earth? I feel like that should be one of the boundaries if it isn't.

It's no place on earth, and not directly observable (by optical means). But near enough that its topography has been mapped by other means. I can guess it but don't want to put up the next map :D

I believe it's the moon.

You believe wrong. But it's nice to see people being interested rather than dismissive of the idea.

Hints should be my business :D Careful though...you reveal too much and might confuse people...
