Wow, thank you trying to throw some mud in my eye just for guessing something.

But seriously, it was just a guess because Takhisis thought that it had to be some kinda regulation or law. Last year I had to go both to Toronto and Dallas for work and I remembered how crazy-slow I though the speed limits were compared to my native East Coast, and same for how fast Texas was. So "maybe speed limit" seemed like a good try.

So the kph is in a red circle and the mph is in the white box, which is confusing, because in the UK, we use mph in the red circle...

Besides, that should be maximum speed limits, because it's only 70 mph for cars (without trailers) on motorways and 60 everywhere else.

They made few kilometers near the Swedish border have 110km/h to make the progress party happy a few years. In practice it's still 90. Or have they increased the speed limit to 100 in many places?.

not many places, but it is the limit some places, and that was implemented several years before the 2013 election

I remember the introduction of 100 kinda struck me when I was a kid. Partially because the signs had 3 digit and those where therefore smaller
