Capital: London

Development rating: First World.

Economic style: Socialist.

Economy and Industry: Heavily industrialised with a good industrial base. This includes the most comprehensive rail transport system in the world (during the fifties, Beeching was...put out of ze vay.). There is a large amount of arnaments factories in North-Eastern England. Since the 1980s, the government has sanctioned development of computers, which led to Britain being one of the leaders in IT technology.

Political setup: British Parliamentry system devided between the Conservatives, Labour and Liberal parties. Currently, the Liberals are in office.

Social policy: Universal Sufferige, Civil Rights Acts in place.

Foreign policy: The preservation of the status quo in Europe. This means that Britain will always support the weaker side in a conflict or crisis, with is usually (but not always) the defending side.

Abroad, Britain wishes to establish a trading empire.

Army: To paraphrase Napoleon, 'The British Infantryman is the best in the world - it is good for France that there are so few'. The British Army is by no means massive but is extremely well-trained and equipped, utilizing advanced military technologies.

Air force: Most of the Air Force is concentrated on the Fleet Air Arm, subservant to the Navy. The ones that aren't are used primarily to defend the British Isles from attack. Again, they are well equipped, but not numerous.

Navy: Largest in the world. The British often say that her army is a projectile to be fired from her navy, and the Royal Navy maintains eleven carriers, twenty-six modernized battleships and many, many smaller vessels.

actually Double A has the Falklands but the e350tb still get to pick there secondary claims, so It might be needed.

We're an island nation. Better to be safe then sorry.

As per secondary claims, I claim South Eastern Australia (Tasmania, Victoria, Southern NSW) and if possible, South Africa.

Capital: Addis Ababa

Population: 142,003,271 (according to latest census)

Development: Third World

Religion: Ethiopian Christianity is the state religion, with Islam and Judaism being secondary religions, and Catholicism and Protestantism being practiced by sizeable minorities.

Army: 5 million strong, with about 4 million being deployed at any given time to counter various internal threats. Fairly ill-equipped. Fairly morale-less. Various pro-government militias are also used.

Navy: Medium-sized, but again, ill-equipped. Mostly used to counter Piracy and to keep the Red Sea open in times of war.

Air Force: More modern and up-to-date than the rest of the armed forces, due to it being provided mostly by foreign business men with interests in the Horn. Equipped with jets and helicopters, mostly.

Poverty: Rampant, with around 80% of the population living in poverty. However, GDP is increased greatly due to the Horn's liberal economic regulations, which means business booms in the capital.

Social Problems: Break-away rebel groups in Uganda, and Sudan, Islamic militants operating in Sudan and Somalia, Piracy operating around Somalia, socialists operating from Eritrea. The land immediatley surrounding Addis Ababa, though, is one of the safest areas in the world. AIDS epidemic. Widespread Famine on occasion. Corruption.

Capital: New London, Connecticut

Development rating: First World.

Economic style: Mixed economy

Economy and Industry: Heavily industrialized with a good industrial base. Improved the rail systems within the area to better meet the needs of the nation as well as improve passanger lines. The Brotherhood has been busy gathering abandoned tech as well as restoring various industries in the old United States to boost them from a third world to a first world status in mere months due to the dedication of the knights and scribes.

Political setup: Technocratic Shogunate. The commander of the BoS is the leader of the nation.

Social policy: Universal Sufferige, Civil Rights Acts in place.

Religion: Mostly Christianity. Though the Brotherhood strives to maintain a freedom of religion and a separation of church and state.

Foreign policy: The preservation of the status quo in the United States. The Brotherhood is willing to aid and support her allies both locally and abroad. Also, the Brotherhood is also willing to traide with other nations.

Army: A good sized army. Armed with power armor and energy weapons and other technological advanced weaponry.

Air force: A large air force. Largely reversed engineered aircraft from the old United States.

Navy: A large navy. Mainly inherited from the United States.

Short History: The Brotherhood was formed from the ruins of the United States that was caused by an unknown event that has lead to the world of Imperium Offtopicum.

Map Color: A shade of purple that matches Major Kusanagi's haircolor.

OK, well here's the thing, Mathalamus has already claimed part of Romania before you claimed the whole thing

wait you forgot to take parts of Romania that borders the Danube.
