The feasibility of the proposed peacekeeping operation on the island of Sri Lanka continues to grow, with Macedonia offering its Indian territories as a staging ground for international forces. Germany has offered military support to North Ceylon, although its interest in the UN mission remains unknown. With North Ceylon in support of international intervention, all that remains necessary to authorize the mission is consent from the Republic of Sri Lanka.

The Hong Kong government is happy the team they sent was able to assist in finding the Sri Lankan Prime Minister. We are now planning to bring them home to help assist us in hunting down the remaining terrorists.

The outbreak of war with Kampuchea was greeted immidiately by harsh measures in Hong Kong. The Lord Ravanius passed a law stating "any and all laws and rights of Hong Kong and it's citizens may be suspended in times of war, as determined by local police authorities". This law essentially allows the state police free reign to do as they please. Within days, several people had been arrested as spies, and the police apparatus is in a continueing state of alert.
