Exact same here basically... (Then again, I'm on Long Island, so not far from your Conneticut for weather purposes, so its probably the same storm.)

Same here, same lake even. Anyway, the sky is blue and clear, and that makes it cold. Not really sure on the temperature, since the thermometer is broken, I know it's not in the 50's. Nothing is dripping off the roof. We got about 8" on the ground though.

(at least during the winter, during the summer the lake loves to ruin any good storm that approaches Chicago, or Michigan )

It's about half a meter here in southwestern Norway. Very unusual. Usually the snow comes in late January and stay just a few days.

It's cool though (-12 C, -21 C with the wind)

Sigh. I'm starting to get annoyed at the lack of snow here. Bit to the west, well over a metre. Bit to the east, at least a good foot. Here, just some ice where cars park. It doesn't feel like winter unless driving makes me actually think. All that's actually happened is some freezing rain shut my window, and I broke the regulator inside trying to open it.
