By making Sassanids and Safavids into separate Civs? I don't think Firaxis will do that. They do seem to have an obsession with Achaemenid Persia (must be that ancient Greek bias).

Similarly an obsession with Cleopatra's glamorous image led to her inclusion in VI despite her similar lack of accomplishments. Eva and Cleo were both intelligent women, sure, but as leaders they didn't do so well. And Eva being a leader is arguable since she failed in her vice presidential bid.

So does that mean I should or shouldn't include Sassanids, Mughals or Safavids as a never before seen Civ? (they are maybe unlikely, but I don't think we'll get Tibet as a Civ, and yet it's leader is on this list )
