Maybe it's my inner kid speaking again, but I ordered this set a couple days ago.

I am proud to announce that the set arrived and was assembled today, and let me now officially welcome to the world and to my collection a new LEGO fire truck

Used to have piles upon piles of lego as a kid. Built cities and suchlike, after first following the recipe. Remember a huge spaceship of some sort. One summer a friend and I blocked off the concreted floor of a yet-to-be-constructed parking garage, so my mother had to park somewhere else. It had a lego city after all

Would be fun to get started again, now when I have my own place and more money, but with the prices these days... could put the scare in the bravest of men. Not a big fan of the direction they have taken either.

Don't know if this thing is exceedingly rare or something, but 9999 NOK is roughly 1300 USD
