I agree. I've been known to take screenshots of American starts in WB in order to spend my lunch break mapping out my plan for settling North America...

Yeah we do, although usually not the way americans do it.( Atleast not me, i´m going camping )

No, the manual of my sleeping bag says, it is best used at 5 degrees.
(Although it may be differetn with two people in it. )

Thanks Leoreth.
After playing thousands of hours RFC vanilla - I wanted to experience epic or marathon speed.
And little I knew when I started DoC that it had so much more than speed and few things changed to RFC.
95% ideas what I have thought that would make RFC better are in DoC. I'm mid way of 19th century in my first game which I play Greeks at epic speed and it´s amazing how DoC feels like RFC vanilla but same time it feels so different.
So this means several thousands hours more with great game which got great mod and mod got great modmod - life is great!

Oh, Halloween is celebrated in Germany. I just don't like it.

Depends on the meaning and significance you attribute the word celebrate with tbh. Here in Britain it is bascially just an excuse for younger children to wonder around their neighbourhood getting free sweets, and older teenagers and 20somethings to get utterly wasted while dressed in varyingly complex costumes. Not to mention the hoodlums who make it there business to pelt unsuspecting people and/or peoples houses with eggs for no reason. I speak from experience

Not such a big fan of halloween if you couldn't guess from that. Anyways, I wanted to thank Leoreth for providing me with the best civ experience I've ever had, this mod is the reason I got back into playing the game, I don't play anything else these last couple of weeks (broken Xbox may have contributed to that!).

EDIT: That is experiene of having eggs thrown at me, not throwing the eggs, in case there was any confusion there

It's a great opportunity to hand out chocolates including hard liquor to little children. They get so much candy from various sources it becomes untraceable. The perfect crime.

I mostly lurk and don't post much but i do have to say, this is a great modmod. My overall opinion of the original RFC was that it was great but it could have been more in depth. DOC is the game i envisioned back then plus a few extra civs and features thrown in for good measure. Literally the only CPU game i still play. Great job bro!!!

As somebody who works at home doing customer service for a company... yes, productivity has gone waaaaaay down... And I am ok with that.
