I set science path to atomic theory after improved ammo is done. I want to start self-building settlers. We can drop multiple cities on the island with Urfa. There is the southern tundra to fill in on the home island. It will also open the ability to plant forest.

I spend a lot of time on troop shuffling. We have a massive number of units to upgrade. In addition, we had a lot of infantry guarding interior cities. This late in the game, it really isn't needed except for critical core cities.

Pig and Cow is our best shield city. It starts on collective farm, then Wall Street. $50/turn in interest can't hurt.

I capture Bruges gaining $138. I capture 3 zeppelins. This fixes the problem of Ghent being isolated. Rails will now connect the two so that I can deal with all the stray troops in the area. The city gets a culture bomb.

The original goal was a double fork attack also taking Maastricht. The stack of Sipahi is range is too little left to take it. A new stack of units gets in range for next turn.

The attacks against India stop due to lack of healthy troops. I used all infantry to destroy their slow stack by Charleroi. There is still a monster stack approaching Thessalonica. I really don't want to let India move deeper into our territory. However, I simply don't have enough troops to attack with.

I was worried that the game was going to crash. It was a LONG in-between turn. My guess some AI cities swapped owners. I didn't see a war notice, but all of a sudden India and Aztecs are killing each other. Most of the Aztec adventurers are gone.
We lost our spy in Moscow.

Maastricht falls easily this round. What was weird is the only troops were injured.
A Mongolia settler was captured.
Coatepec was captured with $0. That is the last known Aztec city on the home land mass. Sadly, Aztecs are now broke. I have no idea what happened to all of their cash. We gain a Zep.

Despite all the Indian troops killed, we still have this floating inside our borders. The good news is it is getting more pure junk.

 
We are now running 0% luxuries. The only penalties are a few fringe towns needed some clowns. For the most part I've been able to add more civil engineers. That is speeding up the next happy building.

Bangkok and Istanbul have our emergency reserves for those land masses.

We are very close to massive troop production. 8 cities are already on all troop duty.
A lot of cities are almost there. For example:

Uskudar, A Pig with Wings, Whispering Pines: Power plant
Uppsala: Barracks
I think a good chunk of former France and America will be within 10 turns.
 
We have an offensive stack by Brussels. I've been trying slowly inch north while Indian has too much blocked in the south. You can see I've been inching up the coast despite the Indian distractions.
My goal is the last Dutch and Greek cities. Then start to nibble on Mongolia.

 
There is a transport fleet just below Sidon. The goal is to take the 2 island city of Persia. Hopefully that will eliminate Persia. We have the option to take the stray British city. I would avoid South Africa for now. I think there are a 1 civ land mass and have massive number of units. From there, they can set sail to the island with the Greek and Dutch capitols. That has the potential to wipe 2 more civs.
 
Summary:

There is a Mongolian city on ex China land mass. Watch for size 2 so that we can capture it.

There are 2 transports just above Kyoto. They are to replace some of the transports I stripped from the shuttle to Poland.

JJ gets to start city spam. Settlers become available next turn. Once this starts, there will be plenty for our home land workers there to do. I've already laid some rails in Tundra. Some potential city sites are already getting railed and irrigated.

This is our path to victory:
When atomic theory completes, spam enough settlers to fill in the homeland, former china, the island with Urfa, and the small island above it.
Conquer the monster land mass with are currently fighting on.
It that lands mass isn't quite enough we can build up a fleet to hit the land mass north of us. I can't tell too much about it, but is I suspect one or two civ land masses up there. The Germany land mass would be extremely tough to land on. I want to avoid that unless we have no choice.
