Srsly nao, I'll probably start recruiting people once I get a grasp of civ 5, as well as getting free time (RL always interferes, that big blue room should be banned), etc. etc. And, of course, let's wait until it does come out, because they might do it like StarcraftII (another, even bigger time-waster ) and push it back some time.
