Dialogue and poor acting. Reliance on CGI as the main driver for action. I love Star Wars, and I think that the concept for the prequel trilogy was solid. The basic storyline is extremely awesome. It was ruined by the execution, though, such that the only parts of it that I particularly enjoyed were the Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith lightsaber duels.

Equilibrium (is that spelled right?) was an awful movie, I'm actually surprised that this movie has any fans at all! (so your choice of stating it was obviously right)
I liked Jarhead and 3000-Battlefield Earth.
