I can't understand what is his problem?
It's because you made a fantastic leaderhead but got lazy on some details, in this case the shirt. This happens with all your leaderheads; they're true works of art but all let down by some laziness around the edges, simple stuff that really shouldn't be overlooked. People point this out but you get defensive and ignore them, or say that you'll address it in a 2.0 version - none of which has ever been made.
Capo is a perfectionist and thus these flaws in your leaderheads - some major, some minor - frustrate him because they could be perfect if you hadn't rushed the final details. I believe he is also fed up with your inability to handle constructive criticism (he is very open to feedback and suggestion) and the fact that you are more interested in meaningless ratings than actual commentary from your fellow artists and modders. Not using an alpha on the fur of Ruga's helm was the ultimate example of that, it really did look awful and yet you refused to fix it, saying you wanted it to look that way - pretty much just to spite him.
That's my interpretation of the situation anyway. I think a B is a bit rough, I'd give Tesla an A- personally. A+ implies perfection which, due to the shirt, this leader is not. Very close though

The only thing I see in the Capo's posts is criticism that is meant to help you improve upon your leaderheads, to make you an even better Leaderhead artist. I see no reason why you should get worked up over that and then proceed to insult the Capo. Believe me, your leaderheads are good, but they're not perfect, for there will always be room for improvement. You should listen to people like the Capo to find the flaws in your leaderheads. This forum was not formed just for artist to show off their work, but to also take advice from more experienced artist.
