It is, unless you try to exclude someone based on their ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation, etc.

All I know about North Dakota is that it was once united with its southern neighbor, but was broken off, and is now a reclusive, sparsely populated, conservative state with stockpiles of nuclear weapons.

Were this thread to become about the guy with the sign and how he was a fatdisease-riddled, stinkyprolapsed, Hoosierqueer then I'm sure I would be.

If it's going to stay on the sentiment of should people doing unfortunate things that I wish they wouldn't have some latitude to do unfortunate things that I wish they wouldn't? I'm going to afford the Welshman the same partial good faith and credit I do with the fellas from Indiana.
