Cora is still in.

The Confederacy stands strong against aggression.

Praxzen S production in comparision to their population never ceases to terrify me.

Growth doesn't seem to be loading regions and associated stats when you plug in a Society sheet name.

Did you remember to set the 'last column number' box?

I has come to my attention that some mfva values that should have been unknown were left on the WORLDS list. This means they will now be changed between here and the start of the NES :p

Also gremlins have done something to the modifications description page - do not scroll to the bottom or I will kill you. Yes this means you!

Trade routes 1 and 4 have their passing through values wrong (1 has 3*0.3 instead of 3*0.33, 4 has none).

Yanii have 5% discount to the wrong tech (should be MTS instead of MAT).

Communications (the modification) ’s description says it gives trading bonus, but it doesn’t :/.

The Hankish have 20 Data Trade on the society page but no recorded data market shares on the tradesum page.

The Quasi control intrasystem shipping market shares without having a stock exchange.

Yan doesn’t have a gravity value checked on the Worlds page.

Is region EW vulnerability recorded anywhere?

The manual lists two different s costs for making specialists (10s [3 for Scholarly] / 5s).

I don’t think the manual makes it clear that the shipping fee (1 per 5mvfa/50e) is applied once per IS jump rather than per trip, or was that changed.

Oh, and my ship name was "Sea Cucumber", not "Cucumber" :p.

Praxzen S production in comparision to their population never ceases to terrify me.

Goes up by 25% if you give them full infrastructure.

  1. Fixed.
  2. Fixed.
  3. Fixed.
  4. Removed 9since the Hankish page is first, its where I mess about with testing )
  5. Fixed (its in Salvador)
  6. Whoops, the answer is 5 and 3.
  7. Its changed, I removed that bit of micromanagement.
  8. Deal with it.

@Seon: Are you looking at the right line?

The Praxzen may have great production but its in part due to the high development values of their world and won't carry over into new regions, and comes at costs to other aspects of activity.

I'm still around for the Dardareo. I will have sketchy access to the internet for the next few days though.

Ah, it used to do that automatically in v12.

The manual mentions that there are separate taxation ratios for e and s, with default assumptions being 40% and 80% respectively (60% and 20% going back to the private sector), but Growth still only has a single Private Sector Spending Ratio. How is that going to work?

Is the average 20% penalty (or whatever it actually happens to be) to non-focused techs already factored into the s remaining values listing to complete techs?

Are the Leeni supposed to have 400s already invested toward SOC5?

Oh yes, I forgot to put that back in when I redid the growth page. It will do it automatically again in the next version.

Private Sector Spending ration will be [e private sector spending] + [s private sector spending]*k

K will be up to whim and vary with the economic context (i.e. when your economic development is limited by things other than technology it will be very small), but it will mostly be below 0.25

Yes

Indeed.

I think I'll probably do the start tomorrow morning, sans most planet images which I'll do between then and the update.

Its amusing but thanks to everyone's tech choices every level 4 tech but weapons 4 is going to be revealed at the start :).
