The manual lists two different s costs for making specialists (10s [3 for Scholarly] / 5s).
I dont think the manual makes it clear that the shipping fee (1 per 5mvfa/50e) is applied once per IS jump rather than per trip, or was that changed.

The manual mentions that there are separate taxation ratios for e and s, with default assumptions being 40% and 80% respectively (60% and 20% going back to the private sector), but Growth still only has a single Private Sector Spending Ratio. How is that going to work?
Is the average 20% penalty (or whatever it actually happens to be) to non-focused techs already factored into the s remaining values listing to complete techs?
Are the Leeni supposed to have 400s already invested toward SOC5?
