My issue is more i have to wake up to go places. By poor life choices, I have about 5-6 hours of sleep a night

This. For some reason for the last month I kept waking up 5/6 hours after I went to bed no matter how late. This last week I can't seem to wake before 9/10 hours.

i think my problem is attributable to my ever increasing paranoia.

Rant: What was supposed to be my most interesting class this semester is quickly becoming my most dreaded. Every time I go I screw up or disappoint in some stupid way. Today couldn't even point out the subject of a sentence when grading for grammar in front of the class. It was embarrassing and mortifying.

What am I supposed to do when I can't even enjoy the subjects I find most interesting? Third year of college, how did I even make it this far?

Finding a close group of friends is critical. They'll help you through anything.

It also helps and hurts me that at some point I just stopped worrying so much about my grades.
