Also the shtstorm is getting juicier because California (where Kim, Kanye, and TSwift all live) is a 2-party consent state for legal recording of conversations. i.e. in California it is illegal to record a conversation without the consent of all parties involved. Taylor swears she had no idea she was being recorded and, if Kim had recorded the conversation in California (likely) then she, or Kanye, or both of them could run afoul of some serious wiretapping laws.

Piggybacking off of the wiretapping thing, though...when I was in Italy the last couple weeks, I saw a ton of soldiers and carabinieri in the streets running "Operazione Strade Sicure". I was instructed by them not to take pictures of them. If I had, though, what would...have been...the potential penalty?

If it can be pronounced as a word, I'm going to do so. I've got enough alphabet soup in my life not to take advantage of mnemonic aides when they're available.

It's 30+ degrees in the UK right now, with a pale blue sky and not a cloud in sight. It's also apparently hotter here than in Cairo, Athens, Madrid or even Miami.

My milky complexion is not suited for this weather.
