I actually had a good day
I slept for most of it. I work at midnight, but tonight I'm in the mental health part of the ER, not main casualty (Dr, on call). No cleaning up vomit for me tonight.

I went through so many of those little cardboard bowls when I was in the hospital last month.
What do you need?
The nearby public shooting range is closed due to state govt. lockdown
My rant is that this is completely arbitrary and unnecessary, just like when public parks closed during the government shutdown a few years back. This shooting range is unmanned by any personnel except for occasional visits to restock paper targets and maybe clean up brass, has about 15-20 meters of spacing between each firing lane and definitely 3-5m spacing between each bench you would be firing from. There is no coronavirus risk or issue at hand here. Zero. There is no reason to close this facility. It's a public space with plenty of social distancing built right in.

That's unfortunate. By all indications here if you did have it in place you could just go out in the street and pop off a few rounds.

Looking from afar, lots of solidarity among the people and the government, solidarity is not something so surprising coming from Turk after living 5 years over-there, hate them or love them the government handle it quite good than most other in my view. Stay save bro.
Next month will be so boring, I predict no emotions at all :/.

Rant: Out of coins for the washing machine in the building. It's a bit difficult to get change because a lot of local places have stopped taking cash. There's a coin machine in one of the grocery stores but they want like 15% for it and it doesn't even have coins half the time.

My mum feels much the same about the golf course (especially the driving range) being closed.
Some people just can't follow simple rules though.
I'm going for a walk to get some exercise (permitted) every day and the amount of people you see ignoring basic social distancing is depressing.

Have you looked into improving your intestinal biome in a serious way? IIRC Boots or The Jay has been paying attention to this.
