Dental hygienists can be annoying. Don't scrape so roughly that your tools scrape the gums in addition to the teeth, and don't ask me stupid questions while you're doing that scraping.
When she asked me if I've decided what career I want to take, I was tempted to say, "I want to be a dental hygienist so I can ask my patients stupid questions while stabbing their gums." I refrained from saying that, and instead said I hadn't decided yet. And then she gave the usual corny response: "You're so smart that I'm sure you can be whatever you want." Am I smart enough to be the inventor of a mute button that works on people?
