You're Australian. You've probably seen scarier sights in your back garden. :)

The new season of Arrested Development was a disappointment.

Huge disappointment. Was it just me or did it become the 'Ron Howard narrates every single second' show?

Done, subject to the following....

No track pants unless at the track
No shirtless posing
No subversion

Jeez, you drive a hard bargain.
But still, worker control of the means of production -- could equal more cars sold, eh? Socialism lookin' pretty good...

Dawn! I can't even uphold the third condition ON LINE!

I'm putting Australia on my bucket list...

NOT SENT VIA MOBILE. STUPID BATTERY....

I`ve no idea whatsover what shark-nado means.

I`ve no idea how to use my iphone

BUT.................

I have an awesome chicken and gravy roll with chips and perri perri sauce about to land on my desk in five minutes, so I think I`m well ahead.

Tonight would have been perfect to find my favorite star, since Earth is finally in a favorable position in its orbit for me to see the star by midnight, and also because it is unusually cool for this time of year (highs should be 80's or 90's, we're getting 60's instead, perfect for stargazing), but...

Clouds. Which is asinine since I saw them clearing to the west and they should've been gone by now.

Also, as soon as I opened the door, the foul stench of a nearby skunk filled the air, so I wouldn't have been able to go out anyway.

Also one of the mirrors in my new telescope is slightly out of orientation, but I don't have the tools to fix it.

Way to end a horrible work week.

So I'm at Kansai Airport, and one of the biggest flaws with Japan is in evidence. Nowhere except the Post Office accepts Mastercard. And there isn't one here. I only need to withdraw a very small amount of money, and if I use my Visa card, the fee will be the equivalent of about 40%. If I used my Mastercard, it'd be free. :(

...wait...what...they accept Visa, but not Mastercard o_O?
Either no credit card, or all, but something in between? Why o_O?

I thought I'd spend my weekend relaxing and cleaning up.
Seems instead I'll spend half of it with baking (not a problem) and hopefully not too hard with fending of a girl (bah, why did that have to happen :wallbash:?).

Got new mobile battery, put it in, charged it for 8 hours and NOTHING....

Sent e-mail to seller.
Really wanted it this weekend to take pics with my friend in the hospital.

So I set an alarm for 6:45 a few weeks ago for some reason. It doesn't really matter, because I never hear it go off, because I sleep way too soundly. Except for this morning inexplicably, after I'd gone to bed after 3.

Did you order a $5 battery online? Usually, if you find a phone battery for really cheap on the internet, they have been sitting in a warehouse for a couple of years and are basically dead from a chemical standpoint which is why they cost so little.

You basically have to pony up the full $30+ from the phone's manufacturer or reputable battery manufacturers. If it sounds too good to be true...

Who's this girl you have to fend off? Why is that bad?
