Well I try not to take supplments or meds, but it often gets on my nerves lying awake like that for a couple of hours especially if i have to wake up early the next day.

Wow. That must suck. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to nod off. Which is pretty much what I feel like doing now. I am so tired. And it's only 11:11pm.
