40% of (viral) tonsillitis cases clear up within 4 days. I started getting tonsil pain on Saturday. Was full of gloop on Monday. Today its already mostly cleared up with the pain gone.

I spent all day Sunday after work and yesterday in bed except getting up to eat / drink / bath. Couldn't shower cos I was mostly dead from it yesterday.
