So I did my usual 2+ days skipping of Mirtazipine to reset its hypnotic effect then took one before a work day.

Good lord worst nightmare ever, I actually dreamt that I was attacked by a gang, beaten and cut up and then even worse stuff like people ignoring and laughing at me whilst I'm covered in gashes and needing emergency treatment.

Plus the slumber was so deep I had sleep paralysis, and another annoying side effect is that my head and body feels zaps / electric tingles ... But they further sooth and enhance the nightmare filled slumber.

But then I get to wake up better than possibly imaginable. So I have to endure the side effects for better sleep and less fatigue.

Oh yay, and I took another one now even though I'm not working tomorrow. Hopefully I'll just get the zappy tingly stuff without nightmares this time. It refreshes the brain so wonderfully.

I actually came up with that while I was conscious yet sleep paralysed and struggling to try and wake up in between highly vivid lucid dreams. No nightmares or brain tingles this time, just gloriously refreshing deep slumber.
