Spring concert tomorrow for my school, should be awesome 
Chicagoland for 3 months, then onto my junior year at Iowa.

Oddly I've found that I do less and less work as college goes on. Or, rather, I just get lazier and my "I don't care" attitude gets worse and worse. That said as long as I can keep my grades reasonably fine I don't think it matters too much.

Edit: update on my non-commie bestie: she is now engaged to her boyfriend of 6 months, moved in and settling fine.

I really, really, really, really should not have stayed up til 4.40am, but eff it, watching Arsenal's FA Cup win was worth it. I know I'll regret it tomorrow, but right now I don't care.

I just suddenly remembered my third grade crush, a pretty blonde girl. She looked and acted a bit like one of those superficial, popular girls one would see all the time in the American media, but she actually was a really nice person and a good friend. I remember one time she came to my defense when some other classmate was bullying me and she would've actually given him a good beating (or, well, as much a beating as an 8 year old could do) had he not stopped.
It's nice to remember someone who cared about me and whom I thought was cute.

I don't remember someone stand up for me when I get bullied. In the end I just stand up for myself and going total crazy. I really really hate school. I wish there are no school. What a total waste of time of my life.

I guess in a way I was lucky I grew up in an area where they took respect for others seriously, the adults were always quick to try to resolve any bullying issues if they saw or suspected something. Like one time in fifth grade some kids at my table said something that really hurt me and made my cry; it was completely unintentional, though, on their part, but my teacher saw me all upset and she gathered everyone at the table together so we could talk it out and to make sure I was alright. Actually, I remember now my fourth/fifth grade crush was also at the table, too, though she didn't say anything during that time. Good lord, the things I've forgotten.
