Oh lucky you. I've had the full version of Gmod for years! :p Is that good 11 or something?

I believe that the whoop of joy is more normally rendered as "hooray" rather than "horray". :)

This one is a beta for the next version which Garry is calling a big update and branding it as Gmod 13. With their own engine to boot!! No more Gabe leaving crumbs to crash Gmod each time a source engine update happens! :D

Oooh, I can't wait! Tell Garry that he should make a way to turn off those onscreen Lua error messages, they kill me! :p

Apples!

Saw the Daily Show...

...in person :D

Nice, Hygro.

Rave: It feels good sometimes to say "No." to people's ideas.

What do they do during commercials?!

Play music while JS and the staff review notes for the next segment. They do some stand up comedy first, then introduce JS to the audience where he fields some questions, then he does the show. During the opening comedy act they do exercises to get the crowd's laughter up, quite explicitly. If you listen to tonight's episode, during one of the first laugh's you might hear one guy go "hah!" really dog-bark like. It has to do with the warmup we did. They gave us explicit orders to laugh loudly.

Pandora and their Palestrina channel are the only thing that keeps my sanity while I work on a tedious project. I give three thumbs up to Pandora for their great work.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Was that you?
No, but that is something I would do. I started one of the applauses though :D If you hear a low voiced "wooh wooh wooh" cheering, c'est moi.

Oh god your so lucky.

If I'm ever in New York, I'm not leaving until I've been there at least once.
You should, even though it's not located in the coolest parts of Manhattan.

Also, the Goldman Sachs building is pretty stunning. I had a good time there, I really liked the vibe I got from everyone.

I went to a model UN party last night and it was quite fun. As an added bonus, the hosts had a very excitable and personable kitten they had just gotten a few weeks ago. As a result, everyone was reduced to "Awwwww, look at the kitty."

Happiness is being thanked for your hard work. :)

Happiness is also finishing a 220 page book in two days. :) It's quite refreshing to take a break from a long, drawn out book.

Thats nothing. I read the seventh Harry Potter book in 7 hours. I was down from reading the 6th book in 6 hours because the 7th was so much more boring.
No joke, for light reading I can easily read 100 pgs an hour.
For dense reading, I can go at 30 pgs an hour.

That's nothing. I can do a sweet 10 pages an hour while watching TV and playing civ.

You know what, screw the book. I'm just going to play civ while watching TV.
