The Supreme Tribunal has withdrawn all immunity from prosecution for legislators (something only a legislative body can do), then declared all measures passed by the Assembly null and void (and the entire Assembly in contempt of court), and finally decided that the legislature cannot legislate so they're taking over that function of government for themselves.

They were in contempt of the revolution, i figure next they'll outlaw all opposition parties and declare a one-party revolutionary state with as Maduro president-for-life.
