I just ate out at a restaurant. I ordered tilapia and home fries. They were overpriced, and I discovered that home fries aren't really french fries but somewhere in between fries and potatoes. Still, I was quite satisfied.

When I find a song I like (mostly compositions nowadays) I listen to nothing else for days. Just the same song, over and over, every second I'm online. I'm not sure whether to be impressed with myself or alarmed.

After a week, could you ever listen to that song again?
BTW:NIN Ghosts I-IV Makes awesome work music.

Fries are potatoes.

Yeah. I'm saying that basically they were fried and sliced potatoes, like fries but not totally.

I'm going to try melatonin supplements before bed tonight to see if it helps me stay asleep.

My experience with melatonin, unfortunately, is that it did the opposite. It would make me drowsy 30~ minutes after taking them but not let me fall asleep. After a few days of sleeping in 15 minute chunks every now and then I gave up on the idea. Hopefully it goes far better for you!

I hope so. I'm not that enthusiastic about supplements in general, but I figured I'd try some OTC sleeping stuff before my appointment with my doctor on Thurs.

Roger Taylor looks cuter in a schoolgirl outfit than I ever could.

Just sayin'

My experience with melatonin is that it helps a little in both falling and staying asleep. But the effect isn't big. Might be all placebo for all I know. So if you're looking for something to knock you out then it isn't that.

I concur this. Physical activities are always the best sleep inducer for me, melatonin just made me more sleepy through the day so I dropped it after 3 tries during one year ini ntervals of few months. .

Do a little bit of light exercise before bed to relax the muscles.

The typical advises on sleep issues will only get you so far though. If the body doesn't want to sleep, minor adjustment to your routines isn't going to do much.

However, given a chance, the body will adjust to the natural day cycle without you even noticing. This has happened to people on "dark-sky" camping events, where even people who would normally be prone to sitting around a campfire late at night would soon find themselves waking and bedding down as the sun does.

The point of melatonin is that it makes it easier to set your sleep schedule. It isn't to induce sleep. You have to do the work.

You could always read various articles on tax code.
