I have a question about my Facebook!

I accidentally deleted a friend request i sent to another person and atm can no longer resend one. How to fix this?

If you can't send a new friend request, it's likely because they changed their privacy settings to disallow strangers from sending friend requests. You'll need to message them and ask them to send you a request instead.

Does Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri Complete with the Alien Crossfire pack include a world builder option?

I have the original AC, but without the world builder, at one difficulty level, it isn't, and at the next up level, 20 starts in a row I'm dead by turn 20.

North Korea can't nuke Guam if Trump nukes it first.

If there isn't a world builder, there may be a mod out there you can grab. Look for something like world builder or in-game editor.

The normal Alpha Centauri has an included world editor / cheat mode. It is directly included in the menu interface ( it is one of the upper options iirc).
If you want to reduce the early game difficulty i would recommend to increase map size (with fixed number of nations this should result in karger distance between factions) and reduce alien life forms in the world option. In the original game it was impossible to swirch it oft completely, dont know about crossfire.
Tbh i always thought the base game to be superior to crossfire.

I always liked the original game. But it just reached the point of unplayable. Always having 2 rovers show up before my first guard was built.

So, I recently moved to Hawaii for grad school. I'm liking it here so far, although I'd probably enjoy it a lot more if I'd managed to find a more permanent place to live already- the cost of living being what it is in Honolulu, it seems hard to find a place that:

A). I can afford on my measly grad student stipend
B). Is an actual real place, and not a scam
C). Isn't a literal hole in a wall

You should really stop going to Hawaii chox, it always seems to cause problems for you.

And this week's Blast from the Past award goes to...

Still, going from Seattle to Hawai'i must be one hell of a culture shock.

Did trains exist before 1796?

Depends on the definition of "train"
If that is defined as transport using a kind of rails, tracks, being an even smooth hard surface to minimise friction, the first known "train" was of 600 BC in Diolkos, Greece.
Horse pulled wagons on wagonways continued to exist until the steam powered modern train came into being around 1820 IIRC.

I mean the steam engine kind of train.

ah
"A steam locomotive is a type of railway locomotive that produces its pulling power through a steam engine. These locomotives are fueled by burning combustible material – usually coal, wood, or oil – to produce steam in a boiler. The steam moves reciprocating pistons which are mechanically connected to the locomotive's main wheels (drivers). Both fuel and water supplies are carried with the locomotive, either on the locomotive itself or in wagons (tenders) pulled behind. The first steam locomotive, made by Richard Trevithick, first operated on 21 February 1804, three years after the road locomotive he made in 1801. The first practical steam locomotive was created in 1812–13 by John Blenkinsop.[1] Built by George Stephenson and his son Robert's company Robert Stephenson and Company, the Locomotion No. 1 is the first steam locomotive to carry passengers on a public rail line, the Stockton and Darlington Railway in 1825"
