Excellent report. I like the 'selecting wifes from the neighbours' portion.

Not sure on the fogbusting in the south ... we could the barbs to get to 10XP and open up the Hero Shrine. I would love some sentry chariots ... but they seem a few sets away.

Edit: :mischief::clap::run::run: re Green Dot over White Dot.

Well it was a quiet 1000 years on the war front.

Our scouting machine escorted a captured worker home and then captured another and gained the woodie III promotion (thought only GG could get this!) by killing an injured archer in the open ground. Once he is back home with the worker (send to Kyoto as London has 3 already) maybe promote to Axe and keep as a medic for the wars ahead.

I build barracks in both London and Kyoto.

On last turn, we finish Iron Working (Writing selected for Maths ->Constructions and build a settler in London. Plan is as below.

Don't stuff it up!

Who cares about the barbarian. We have the great wall. All we need is a quick run and settler ... and no problem.

BTW ... where is that settler going?

No reply to my 'where is the settler going' post ... probably because I failed to actually post it until after I had finished my set.

Anyway ... we are the most advanced civilization (according to Gibbon!)

Nottingham founded ... on white dot ... Why White? Not sure ... maybe I liked the symmetry.

Hastings Founded.

Judaism Founded.

Sailing complete for trade routes through all of our cities.

We don't have enough workers. Probably because I founded two more cities. I connected the elephants (+1 Happy) and our happy cap went up 1 or 2 in various cities.

BTW ... don't turn on avoid growth. There are other ways of managing the happy cap ... put just enough hammers into a worker so that you can double whip it with max overflow and then work off the whip unhappiness and grow back to max happy while building an axe / archer, etc.

I pushed out some sentries (red circles). The axe in the West is probably mis-located but I think we want a city near the horses soon. Also ... we have a lot of jungle to chop (we need more workers).

The yellow circle archer (Hills II ... Guerilla II ... I can never remember names of promotions) is also mis-located ... he should probably move up to the hill marked X.

Spoiler question? :

Which image is better ... the CFC hosted version or the imgur hosted version?

PS ... we also snatched a worker from Germany.

Spoiler log :

BTW ... where is that settler going?

Left obviously. :mischief:

If we founded Judaism, we should revolt for the extra happy. Might be worth an Organised Religion swap as well.

Still think research should be headed towards Construction, as we can then start our attack (or be better able to defend)!

Nolition, you still around and able to pick this up again??

I am safely ensconced in Germany, but this laptop doesn't have the MOD installed and I can't get the game to open at present. I'm working on the problem, but itäs frustrating progress without a mouse.

I will be back into the rotation ASAP. Still reading.

It feels a little early for a medic. Merge away.

Nice turns everyone ~ salt and pepper shaker museum was nice. though our $3 admission went towards part of the souvenirs, I could only afford two sets, so you'll each be getting a Rex OR a remote

ready to go after ozzies set

Well seeing as Mr hero is back I just played a couple of turns so he can continue on.

Merged the GG in London

And waited until the settler was done.

Can see couple of city locations that would net us Horses.

Research set to finis Writing at 100% in 3 turns, Maths after that methinks.
