With the increasing instability demonstrated by Arabia’s neighbors the government once again tries to stimulate its own industries. As world tensions increase so does the demands for weapons. With modern arms now largely dependant on oil, Arabia’s fortunes continue to rise. But it is not a situation that can last for long so these revenues are quickly re-invested in the fledgling arms industry.

thank you for your offer. but the DMR pose no threat to us. but if you are really concerned, we would love to learn more about these tanks of yours. perhaph we might even purchus a division of them from you, to complement our own forces?

Please, put down our arms. we do not wish to fight you. if your plight troubles you so, we would happly allow you to join us. even your main objection, the rule of the Impirial Regent Shermen, will end in a mere two years. he has also said that since the Impirial Island is doing so well, he would even step down if you were to join us.

It has been too long. For thousands of years we have waited, remaining dormant in preparation for the uprising. From generation to generation our people have passed tales of the empire that once was, the great nation which dominated all it could reach. The wonders of the nation have faded into myth and have vanished. However the people remain. For all these years our culture has remained intact in all the lands we own. We have just been waiting for the sign to rise against this new government.

We have seen some of our children turn to the new ways with a passion, they will be punished. However the will of the people remains and we shall fight.

There is the recent rumor that the king has emerged and the people shall fight once again. The old shield has been found, and the coat of arms recognized. We now have a point to rally around. It is time to end the unlawful regime.

We ask that you formally support our cause against the agressive Pacificans. We do not yet ask for military assistance but that may one day prove neccessary.

to Russia:
Do not be alarmed by events happening in Asia. We will do all we can to avoid troubles for your nation. The backstabbing Pacificans must not be allowed to undertake offensive warfare without consequence. We hope you agree to this fundemental truth of foreign relations.

to Sumer:
We hope that we have your moral support in this conflict with Pacifica. We do not ask for anything else considering your situation.
 
KING ABDUL IV (age 26) DECREES A NEW KAZAK STATE!

In an attempt to ensure the continued unification of the Sumerian Kingdom, King Abdul has agreed to allow the reestablishment of Kazakstan after 30 years of Sumerian rule. The King has ruled that the Dark Shroud which was the cause of the Kazak-Sumer war which resulted in the annexation of Kazakstan by the Sumerian nation.

The King however remains steadfast in keeping Persia, which willfully joined with Sumer over 100 years ago, Georgia, which was conquered centuries ago, and Israel, which has been an intigrated part of Sumerian culture for over a millenia, part of the Sumerian Kingdom. He has given a speech(I don't have the time to write it) about how there is no Sumerian besides citizens of the kindgom. There are no Persians, Georgians, Sumerians, or Israelis, but one united people. The War for Survival pointed out that Sumer is not religated to mesopotamia, and that a Sumerian is not marked by blood, but of action. We are a melting pot of peoples who have forged a united people, indevisible.

We consider China our staunchest of allies. In this time of need, we are willing to send the Ozeanian Expeditionary Force to fight alongside our Chinese bretheren. We also ask that you give thought to selling the Chinese colony in South America to create the new Andes Republic, with both the Chinese Premier and Ozeanian President as heads of state.

Since you have decided not to better Africa with the unity of Madagascar, we support you in your individual economic growth. However, I 1.) see no reason to compliment your forces with a division of tanks because you have no immediate threats or needs for it, and 2.) believe our tank technology to be top secret and are unable to just sell them to anybody. It is a matter of national security, I am sure you understand.

We are mobilizing our forces for the protection of our borders. Surely you cannot expect us not to be suspicious when word has come that Egypt is pressuring you into invading us. We will continue to mobilize our forces until we believe that the threat has dissapated. Understood?

... okay, stand down then. because we have befor now, we has not show, nor have acted in any way, the LEAST bit adgressive toward you. we even invited you to voice your opinion durring the foundation of our Constitusion as an independent observer. untill such time as you demobilize your forces, we have no option but to assume you are hositle and mobilize out own forces, and close our border with you.

To Egypt
we fully understand your position. we will have to proceed on our own course. we also fear that while we would hope for a peacefull uninting of our Island, our northern naibors are, resentfull of our position, and wish us harm. we hope for your diplomatic support if the DMR and ourselves come to blows.
