Statistically speaking that seems to mean Pakistan or India, at least in the most direct way possible of establishing a halfway point between two places. I'll just go with that

Google Maps API (https://developers.google.com/maps/) is supposed to be easy. But I don't know how much privacy it eats, and I expect Zelig to prefer some Bing maps thing.

I've got working google maps javascript code ready to go, it would just be the easiest way to do it. AFAIK there aren't any privacy concerns, but I haven't exactly looked into this in a lot of detail. What sort of privacy concerns are you thinking of?

Hey i just checked the prices for sending stuff to Australia and it's surprisingly cheap. It's either 7 euro or 15 i can't tell 
. Unless the package weighs more than 3KG. And these are the prices for PRIORITY mail.
If i join this thing i'm most definitely going to be the one sending it there, given my location. Unless the package weighs too much
i can afford to send it. But i will need to ask some questions at the postoffice before, and do some more research in sending packages abroad since i've never done that.
Also i will probably have to see what this tracking number thing is and if such a strange capitalist invention found it's way here.

Yeah, no way will I be posting our real addresses on the map - it'll just be a generic locator that's "close enough".
