The Japanese (and Roman) city name list is ridiculously large. Go around conquering Europe, you'll see a phonetic transscription of almost every city.

I still can't really get over how he gave them a colonizer (read: immigrant) map in VANCOUVER of all places.

On topic to his tendencies though, Rhye did make Japan incredibly stable.
I've almost never seen a game where Japan collapsed under natural circumstances.

I'm guessing your playing as Rome/Italy, and if not then that would definitely be an OMG because I've never seen AI Rome get that big
