The "OMG! Look what happened in DoC!" Thread

I'm impressed by the fact that 11 civs left you and yet the map still shows you controlling large chunks of the map.

Egyptian and Indian flips haven't occured yet.

I think he reconquered them

England collapsed in my game, and
Arabia
Ethiopia
Indonesia
India
and Egypt all respawned. Arabia as Yemen, Ethiopa as Uganda, and Indonesia as Singapore.

The Greeks & the Babylonians respawned at the same time when the Iranians collapsed but for some reason, the Greek core was in Iran and I have no idea what happened there with Babylon.

With the new respawning of countries when empires fall, this type of thing has to be relooked at.

If this is the viceroy level what is the emperor?

Eh, I don't really get your point. AIs getting Rifling by 1700 AD isn't that exceptional. Furthermore, they are unstable, so you should have no difficulties to take them down. Just research rifling instead of constitution (I guess you do so for the Taj Mahal, which is fine. However, research rifling straight afterwards).

The problem is that mongols don't know rifling (and that they have the double strength)! I have already researched chemistry so I can use grenadiers, I research for nationalism that's why constitution is about, the Taj Mahal is already built by the Mughals.

I once rolled up a random Thailand game, and in 1360, when I spawned, the Mongols had Rifles. Fortunately, they collapsed a few turns later. This was on 1.11, no SVN.

Really? You have a stack of 6 units and a few more smaller stacks and you use them for exploration while you are at war? And no, this wasn't taken as soon as war has been declared.

Maybe not in the spirit of this thread since it has to do with the AI, but oh yeah!

Missed by 2 second mah bus, ran like an @sshole to catch it up with a luggage with a third of my weight and half my size, broke an indispensable wheel of that said luggage and then...oh yeah I got this while finally starting my Babylonian dom game (after several instances of beta testing of what I should do like how I would raze Yerushalayim (checked) and if I should raze Shush (not necessary now). This is gem after bad day of work.

Spoiler :

10% lost of 10% lost....that early in the game. Oh yeah!

Now I need mah fill of Attack on Titans...

Spoiler :

Too late! Work tomorrow.

Watching that Shingeki no Kyoujin episode wouldn't have made things better, believe me.

Just watched and that was great action-packed episode. Where's the problem with the episode?
I admit I could have passed the perverted vore moment with the Female Titan. Ugh.
Isayama Hajime is quite good to transform his deviant fetish into a good story, gotta admit.

Everyone dies (again).

Seriously, every time this show manages to trick me with its heroic moments, like they would actually have success this time.
