What's the biggest city in the world by size? Not population but the area it takes up.

Depends on what you mean by area. Are we talking strictly defined geopolitical or sprawling mass until you reach something not city?

Is there a God?

I always thought the convention was to list both the total area and the area(minus water) figures, which would make it a disputable ranking as largest.

But then again,

I have a book and in the copyright notice it says not to mimegraph it. What is a mimegraph?

Old word for photocopy. Mimeograph machines were machines that did much the same job before photocopiers were invented.

And? It's the largest city by area that I know of.

Wouldn't it be better to go by metropolitan area than actual limits? Tokyo for example has like 4,000 km^2 and that's actually built up (or mostly built up) land, not just reindeers and trees.

Edit: and Sitka, Alaska has a bigger area than Juneau.

Thanks.

I have a question: Has anybody ever found that if they listen to a certain piece of music too many times in a row it starts sounding weird?

(I listen to music overnight as I slleep but I forgot to take the media player off 'track repeat' and now the song sounds really, really .... odd. Ive never seen this happen before.)

Thanks.

I once listened to a song when I was really tired and just about to go to sleep. It sounded odd afterwards. Do you always listen to music as you sleep? Have you come to rely on it to get to sleep then?

Well I find it pretty much covers up sounds that otherwise keep you awake. Some people use white noise instead but it hurts my ears.

Thanks.

Happened to me once or twice. You overdo a song and then it doesn't do anything for you anymore.

And if you really need to listen to something to sleep

Can't you program a player to randomize the songs more?

Mine is, but I'd left it on repeat by mistake and passed out too quickly to notice
