i move in workers to rail the tile before and after New Haarlem
move heaps of arty 2 tiles away from Cuzco

have one full healed army next to city, so bomb-kill 2 units, then kill the others with the army
take Cuzco (Seattle becomes the new Incan capital

notes to the next player:
there´s an invasion fleet NW of the French island for landing next turn.
there´s another invasion fleet to embark from New Groningen next turn. any units you need to fill the new army there plus the ship should finish on ibt. there´s some money left to rush what you might think you need.
there are two french galleons in the stack of ships NE of the French island. three of our ships are around there or on the way down the west coast to sink those.
the north should be cleared of any ships but 3 enemy frigates i didn´t care about.
in my turns, i did little mm and hardly any worker actions as this does not make a difference any more. hope that´s ok for everyone.
i´m sure i was not too exact in my moves but i think everything is covered and there was hardly anything you could seriously call resistance.
intention for next turn was: bombers on Washington, more western stack of arty on NY, more eastern stack of arty move towards tile 2 west from Chuquiapo, enabling you to shell this town and from one tile east Boston the turn after
there are 2 or 3 French troops wandering around on the north half of the other continent, i just let them
next player should easily be able to finish this. maybe let TT take the last town? anyway, have fun.
